Although structured, this protocol is flexible enough to mix and match elements to fit yourself and your individual clients. Through demonstration and practice we’ll cover each phase of the framework, and you’ll leave with confidence to help clients peacefully release whatever was keeping them awake, and give them tools for consistent sleep. With sessions to unwind the knot of wakefulness, and self-hypnosis at home to encourage rest and REM at night, clients will naturally feel more refreshed and energized during the day. This practical training is based on successful work with several hundred happily snoozing clients who draw a steady stream of referrals.
