EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT – Emotional Freedom Technique is nicknamed “acupuncture without needles” It is a method of tapping on acupressure points while concentrating on a problem.
It can relieve old memories or current memories that cause people sadness, stress, or fear. It helps and/or relieves just about any problem presented.

EFT can be used to calm people down before their session. Lots of first time clients are apprehensive about the unknown of going into hypnosis.
This is a technique that can relieve phobias that are decades old in a very short period of time. I can usually clear “fear of flying” in 10 to 15 minutes.

EFT can be used for cravings for smokers, weight management when you crave “sweets or salty”
